Growing up, I never expected I would find the love for photography and graphic design as I have. Spending time with my mom as she sacrificed her work life to raise me, she was constantly painting. Naturally, I grew to love painting and eventually found that photography was more me, and along with that I couldn't see myself majoring in anything less than some type of creative area when it came to moving away for school. This May I'm graduating from Clemson University with my Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications, and a minor in Art with a concentration in Photography. Throughout my time at Clemson I have interned under three incredible companies, Chris Isham Photography, Cyber Graphics, and currently, Clemson's Creative Services. I am the Junior Art Director and deal directly with the entire creative team and their clients. I am very excited to see what lies ahead of me come post graduation, and hope to land an incredible opportunity in the Greater Nashville or New York City areas.
I have experienced the printing process from photographing, designing, creating plates & mixing inks, printing and cutting the final product. When it comes to photography, I specialize in film, (35mm, medium, and large) but also work with digital on a daily basis. Videography & web development are also interests of mine. Sophomore year I worked for The Tiger Newspaper here at Clemson, and shot mainly Clemson Football. Many of my own photographs were printed all around campus. I also had a few photographs published in Clemson’s Student-run Art and Literary Magazine, The Chronicle. I enjoy what I do, and I cannot wait to make it my every day career so that I don’t have to wake up and dread going to work, I’m going to wake up and do what I love.
